HandyWi v2.0 is out!

We are proud to announce that we just launched a new version of HandyWi v2.0 and a new Website ! Feel free to check latest HandyWi features and send us your comments! Here is a short summary of what’s new in this release:

New in HandyWi v2.0

* Fallback to 3G in case WiFi is not available
* Support for Series60 5th edition devices like Samsung Omnia and Nokia 5800 XpressMusic
* HandyWi is now translated to eight different languages Arabic, German, Russian, French, Lithuanian, Italian, Dutch and Polish
* Logoff feature for WISPr hotpots like FON and BTOpenzone, helps you save your WiFi credits!
* Support for WEP and WPA/PSK encryption, allows you to enter the key and connect to WiFi
* Upload your landmarks and see them online using Google Maps or Google Earth! Read more here

As always you can download HandyWi v2.0 from www.handywi.com/download. Landmarks upload and restore feature is still in Beta phase, but we are constantly updating it and will let you know about the status on this blog! We are not requesting to update older v1.0 and v1.2 clients yet, but will force it in about a week.
